HOW DO I BOOK AN EXPERIENCE?
Booking is easy! Just fill out our booking request form, give us a call or text, or send us an email. We’ll get in touch to discuss the details and help customize your perfect picnic.

DO YOU RECOMMEND PICNIC LOCATIONS?
Absolutely! We’re based in Spokane, Washington, and know plenty of beautiful parks and scenic spots around town. We’re always exploring new locations and would love to hear your suggestions too.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE LAST?
Your picnic setup is yours to enjoy for 2 full hours! Time really flies when you’re having fun. If you want to stay longer, additional time can be arranged for an extra fee.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date. However, depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD WITH THE PICNICS?
Yes! We partner with fantastic caterers who offer delicious charcuterie boards, sweets, breads, and more to complement your picnic experience.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE?
For picnics with tables, we can host up to 10 guests. For garden parties, we can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Weather can be unpredictable! We suggest having a backup indoor location just in case. While we can’t offer refunds for weather-related cancellations, we’re happy to reschedule your event based on availability.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK, AND IS AN EXTRA DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
The full payment is due on the day of the booking, along with a $100 deposit. This deposit acts as a security bond and will be refunded after your picnic, once we have confirmed that all items have been returned in good condition.
